Yes, Jesus required repentance from sinners:

Jesus preached repentance as a central message of his mission:
Luke 5:32: "I have not come to call the righteous but sinners to repentance"
Luke 13:5: "But unless you repent, you too will all perish"
Matthew 4:17: "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand"

Fair enough. My point, the gay goes, repents, goes home, continues being gay because that's simply who they are.

Same as the drunk that comes home from the bar and beats his wife. Or the dude that cheats on his wife continually. They continue the pattern, they continue to "sin." I don't understand the difference and find it convenient. I find mockery is self inflicted.

I hate to fan the flames here, but I'll tell you guys what I know...

Though a female friend, I met a guy who is all the way gay. He's a super cool dude in my eyes. He's actually the first person to call something gay!

I rag on him all the time with gay jokes, and he rags on me all the time with short jokes. Neither of us ever gets butt hurt at all.

A long ago, he told me his story about coming out. How he pretend to like girls. How he tried to convince himself he wasn't gay. How his parents eventually found out, and he ended up in the hospital over it all.

He did not "choose" to be gay. He would not have put himself (nobody would) through all of what he went through, if he had a Choice in the matter.

He accepted who he is, and has no issues with it. He's a regular dude, just like us, and if you met him you would never know he is gay.

I've learned, through him, that being a homo isn't a choice.

Did anyone reading this, make a choice to actually like girls? Or are you just wired that way?

Think about that for awhile.

My group NAMBLA doesn’t decide who has more money than they need and attempts to take that money and redistribute it. What Catholic Church are we legally required to join / pay dues to?
I fully support gay men and wish there were more of them, less competition for chicks.
