Isn't he a commercial developer ? Has to have plenty of inside contacts. How that guy figured out to even buy that property initially is insane, let alone build that house...he had to know someone in the state.
We have been in that park since the 90s and Pratt just rebuilt it a few years back. Not sure how that would be a negative when you own everything!OK that’s pretty damn cool. But look at the pictures. Why does somebody always building something bitchin like this but next to a trailer park? LMAO!
He purchased the land from the McMillins. Corky McMillin was the original developer of the campground, store, and paradise (now duners diner). Would be relatively easy to develop out there due to the limited bureaucracy and politics. How that guy figured out to even buy that property initially is insane, let alone build that house...he had to know someone in the state.

When he sold , he went crazy at Barrett Jackson and had an over the top collection for many years.

There's gotta be room for my air mattress somewhere in that 7115 sq ft garage with the 16 high performance sand cars.we will sell you a burger from our new diner :deal:
Figures it was the McMillns - getting land so close to BLM, the river, etc. is what I assumed would be difficult. I doubt it was posted on Zillow back in the day for sale, he had to somehow know the right people to call. Would be awesome if they had 1 acre lots for sale around that area.We have been in that park since the 90s and Pratt just rebuilt it a few years back. Yes it is, I was probably 8 years old at that show and that car is still burned into my memory. Is that the Bell Air I saw at the SSSS like 20 years ago? I always thought that was the COOLEST thing ever.
my guess would be because it would be impossible to keep clean. place is surrounded by sand that gets alot of wind.I always wondered what it looked like up close. It exceeded my expectations! I almost got aroused.
There is one thing missing, a pool. I'm a bit surprised it didn't have one.
Yeah, No Pool is a deal breaker for me. Otherwise I would snatch this place upmy guess would be because it would be impossible to keep clean. place is surrounded by sand that gets alot of wind.
my old house in palm desert was next to an open lot of just sand. it was horrible to keep clean, and after a big wind storm it was like having beach entrance to the pool.
