Duners Paradise, Someone needs to step up!

How that guy figured out to even buy that property initially is insane, let alone build that house...he had to know someone in the state.

It says 420 acres, right? So that doesn't include the diner and the RV park?

Isn't he a commercial developer ? Has to have plenty of inside contacts.

OK that’s pretty damn cool. But look at the pictures. Why does somebody always building something bitchin like this but next to a trailer park? LMAO!
We have been in that park since the 90s and Pratt just rebuilt it a few years back. Not sure how that would be a negative when you own everything!

He purchased the land from the McMillins. Corky McMillin was the original developer of the campground, store, and paradise (now duners diner). Would be relatively easy to develop out there due to the limited bureaucracy and politics.

He’s a retired home framing contractor from Az….also had a division in Las Vegas
When he sold , he went crazy at Barrett Jackson and had an over the top collection for many years.
His house on Coeur d Alene Idaho was unbelievable…..I’ll find the link

Please do, I’d like to see that also.

Figures it was the McMillns - getting land so close to BLM, the river, etc. is what I assumed would be difficult. I doubt it was posted on Zillow back in the day for sale, he had to somehow know the right people to call. Would be awesome if they had 1 acre lots for sale around that area.

I always wondered what it looked like up close. It exceeded my expectations! I almost got aroused.
There is one thing missing, a pool. I'm a bit surprised it didn't have one.
my guess would be because it would be impossible to keep clean. place is surrounded by sand that gets alot of wind.
my old house in palm desert was next to an open lot of just sand. it was horrible to keep clean, and after a big wind storm it was like having beach entrance to the pool.

The McMillin family has owned that property since the 1980’s. Started out as just a toy storage facility
