Dream Shop…

Someone's gonna lose their arse on that house...whoever designed that should be  defingered so they can't design anymore....already a 200k price drop...keep dropping...
My buddy looked at it and his comment was that the house was weird.. Also, unless you’re retired, and don’t need to commute, its located in SanTan which is pretty landlocked.. hooriblle traffic getting out in the morning and getting back in at night.

So, uses for the shop?

Indoor karting?

Auto parts distributor?

Railyard?

I drive by this place at least once a week. I get garage envy every time I see it.

I do question the design of the garage, most people in this area have large steel buildings that are used for shops and or garage space.

Not gonna buy that shop… But what do you think of the area? Currently live in the sticks, don’t need to daily commute, just monthly ish airport trips.

Great "rural" area gets kind of crowded getting into "town". With the Airport you have a couple choices. First choice would be Mesa Gateway where you can get some flights from the Economy Airlines it's maybe 20-45 minutes depending on how far out of town you want to go, or you go into the "city" and fly out of Sky Harbor and that is going to take some time behind the wheel, how long would depend on time of day but over an hour during rush hour wouldn't shock me. Agan depending on how far from "town" you are.

it is a pretty spread out area. My boss has a buddy who lived by Schmidty's shop and I considered that far out of town to me and he moved 30 minutes southeast from there and still isn't to the far side of the area.

You still have school aged kids, right?

Sky Harbor would be it for me. Usually 1st flight out, 0600 or so

Traffic would be light but it's still 45 minutes from The QC to Sky Harbour

San Tan Valley is another 20 minutes and there are no freeways anywhere close
