Dream Shop…

It's nice looking but I prefer a shop with multiple bays and a door at each bay. I made the mistake of building a 40' x 60' with a single door on the end once. Was a PITA to get stuff in/out if you store more than one thing in there. It gets tight real quick trying to jockey trailers and RV's around. My current 40 x 60 is laid out with three bays and three doors. 40' moho in one bay, 32' enclosed in the other. Third bay has a lift and I park my truck there. The rest I have working space and storage for sandrail, SxS, etc. I wouldn't be able to do that in my previous shop with single door on the end even though it was same sq footage.

Someone's gonna lose their arse on that house...whoever designed that should be  defingered so they can't design anymore....already a 200k price drop...keep dropping...

Nice shop but i hate roll up doors, that would be another 10k for normal doors, plus i bet a wall is 150K for that property, i would think at that price it should have had a built in Frig, and nicer kitchen

but looking back at the pics i would park the rail in the Kitchen lol

Not sure I understand why there is a roll up garage door in the kitchen area. Also the exposed HVAC duct work in the kitchen area and the gloss epoxy floors is very commercial looking. I get the feeling this guy was a commercial contractor and doesn't have a ton of residential knowledge.

The house is chit.

The shop is not.

2 mil for this and it has a rock driveway!
Details.

It appears to be connected to the regular garage, so enter there?

For 2 mill I would have the shop  semi detached with a walkway just so if it decided to burn there would be hope of saving the house.... no common walls so you can work when you want too.  More windows in the shop. probably sky lights as well.

Yes the house is crap.  and the said of the shop is slanted...so the dirty work would be a bitch on a slant.

2 mil in queen creek WOW.  landscape and block wall would be another 300k plus a paver driveway for another 60k, and only 3200sq.  someone will loose there butt on that one.

Might be down to $1M by Year end  - Nice shop though

Mine never stay that pretty - has something to do with working there ...

Wow! The Shop is cool...but I agree should be detached. Probably trying to make the whole space look bigger than what it is or more interesting considering if you had the house as it is by itself is boring as EFF.

The color scheme outside is beyond ugly...Dog butt brown with dog bubblegum lipstick weenie red!   :kenk:

The floors in the house are atrocious. Slippery AF. Kitchen layout is a mystery as far as appliances go, double oven on a wall by itself away from everything???   :bugsy: The room right off the great room...that room is tiny!

Master bath is bizarre and not inviting at all. You walk in looking at alcoves and doors   :kenk:  wtf? The wall with the double sinks seems claustrophobic.

No landscaping, no walls like stated earlier just seem like a huge project. Then probably want a pool...there's another 150-200K.

Pass.

:lmao:

looks like a cheap track home with a huge shop, trying to get custom home price without the custom touch.

Was goofing on the Garage Door in the Kitchen,

I have like the garage door style, but when it goes hidden in the above the celling,  Real Custom homes would have the fold away sliding doors or pocket doors,

But with this house i would drive the car from the shop into the kitchen, eat breakfast then drive the car back into the shop    WHY, just so you can,
