Disposable gloves for CVs

Working in heavy equipment I have known many many mechanics, as they keep the equipment going. The old guys that didn’t wear gloves and washed their hands with brake cleaner and gas, they all had something in common, they all passed away from cancer. I try to wear gloves, if I can, when I work on stuff. Probably a good idea to do so
Same with old auto painters, not a long a life expectancy. They all washed hands in thinners. Many had liver cancers and most thought it was due to drinking issues. Then it was discovered that the solvents had caused it. Gloves do save lives but what I really appreciate, not looking like an old time mechanic when I'm done working on something, with the grime that takes a week of hand washing to remove.

I just use the mid grade harbor freight 7mil. Double or triple them up and pull them one at a time as they get nasty.

I had a box of 7 mil gloves from Memphis Glove Co I got somewhere and they were great. When these ran low I bought a box of the 7 mil from Harbor Freight. They were not so good. They tore easily, sometimes broke just putting them on. Recently bought two boxes of the 7 mil RAVN on Amazon and so far so good. Much better than the HF in my opinion.

This is what I ended up going with.  I pulled this to failure and it was pretty surprising how darn strong they are.  This box will probably last me for years...
