Yep, it is gone now, so I guess these above noted issues are gone. I have a feeling it won't be the last structure removed from Glamis. With social media, it's very easy for BLM to find and remove these "destinations". I can say firsthand, on multiple occasions, at the Disco Ball, the mariachi bands would roll in, music blasting as loud as they could make it. They would drink, do their fireworks and drop their Modelo cans and leave them along with the fireworks packaging. Got to the point we would have to leave. Place was always trashed the next morning. Not trying to single out anyone, just what I witnessed firsthand. I will also admit, me and the group I camp with drink beers in the dunes but always take our trash with us. We have people in the group that like lighting fireworks but always pick up the trash. And we occasionally play music when we stop, but not so obnoxiously loud as to offend everyone around us.
