Dead Pedal / Foot Rest pics for ideas

Looking for pictures of everyone's dead pedal and or foot rest please.  Car I recently picked up does not have a dead pedal and don't feel safe without one.

Here's a picture of the current setup.  I would really like to find the same pad that I used for my S&S which was a dimpled 3/16" thick curved 2"x3" or so sized pad purchased from pacificcustoms, however not appearing on the site to order. 

Searched to no prevail on sandrail tech, iirc there was a thread on the old GD site about dead pedals.

Jeep J/k pedal off eBay for $12.50. Cut and welded on will be a good dead pedal.
