Country Coach intrigue 32 ft (((((Solar install)))))

I think I'm finally done. That inverter has a temperature range of -40 up to 150°. Need to figure out at what temperature to turn my fans off and on. Optimum temperature of course is 75 to 77.

Well it's finally all put together and everything seems to work as it should. Probably give it all a test run in a month or two. Hoping to make it out to the dunes maybe March and April with it.

Make sure zero dust gets in that inverter compartment. Mine was only 18 months old and stopped working from dust damaged. I had to buy a new one, no warranty for dust.

That box is pretty airtight other than the two filters. Should work well. At least I hope so.

Mine was not, I had it in the compartment opposite the side radiator. My coach makes a huge fricken dust cloud from the radiator fan. Even though I was still surprised it broke, the stock one had no issues with the dust. I opened it up and it really didn’t have a lot of dust inside. I’m sending it in for repair, curious to see what failed.

I was also surprised that the Multiplus has no passive 110v by-pass. When it quit working we had no 110V on any of the circuits powered by the inverter, even with the geni on.

Yeah my fan blows a crazy amount of dust. I made a deflector to block a good portion of it. You would think they would be more robust and be able to handle more. Interesting. I don't think very much dust is going to get in my box. I have an obscene amount of hours building this whole thing so hopefully it holds up.
