Comedians you like

Grew up in Altadena and the Pasadena Ice House was a mile away.  We went to a lot of stand up shows.  Hollywood is only a 20 minute drive so we used to go there for shows as well.  Seen some great stand-ups, seen some that were dissapointing and even a few big names fall apart on stage.

Joe Rogan- GOAT, seen him live prob 25 times, and anyone in his inner circle is also great, Hinchcliff, Segura, Shafir, Diaz, etc.

Listening to the Bonfire Podcast with host Big Jay Oakerson and Dan Soder.  Two of the most entertaining guys around for my genre (I'm 50). They're both about 10 years younger but the pop culture references and jokes resonate.  Their individual stand up is really good too.

Only funny Luis CK is what Dave said about him...lol.

Every Household in the 80's knew every joke in this set...all you have to say is "Brain Damage" or "Chocolate Cake" or "Will you stop touching me!" and people know.

Who knew right, he was such a  . . . . . and on top of the world, maybe that's why.

I actually had 2 of his Comedy Albums...

Gonna date myself with this one, but as kids my Dad would put on records of Stan Freberg!

My Dad actually went to high school with him.

Classic skits I remember:

John/Marsha

That's my boy

Saw his show in Fort Worth TX Greatness.

Had no idea he was that funny. And his inner circle was hilarious. Peace

David Vuillemin on the pulp show was one of the funniest videos ive seen in awhile. His natural demeanor is like a comedy central roast. Im not really a fan of the host so it was out of this world hilarious when DV calls him a sellout throughout the entire show. Anytime the host does a quick 10 second sponsor mention....DV would swing both his arms in the motion of sweeping in money. Just raking it in.

George Carlin does it for me, Classic 80s Bill Cosby too. Chris Rock is always entertaining. And although I did like Sam Kinison's excitement on stage, I never cared for Robin Williams.

In Bill Cosbys case, a standup routine doesn't have to be vulgar to be funny.
