What a amazing story

FYI, do NOT watch.. Better Call Saul.. slow.. I'm like 15+ episodes in and I'm bailing.. moving way too slow. .. and for the love of God .. do NOT watch Bloodline.. it was awful.. watched the whole thing so I can finish it.. boy did I hated that one.

Better Call Saul is not a series for those with short attention spans. It's a prequel to Breaking Bad, so it has a lot of little details that end up explaining other details or things that later happened in Breaking Bad. What's bothering me is how long it's taking them to get this season shot. On top of that, Bob Odenkirk collapsed while filming on 7/28 (I'm guessing partially heat stroke related) and they've been suffering covid delays like everyone else. Hope he gets better soon!

I assumed they had given up on more seasons.  It seems like it's been years since the last one.

Yes, it feels like it! They've delayed quite a bit due to covid and now this recent collapse of Bob Odenkirk is really going to set them back. This will be the final season and will finish off at just before Breaking Bad started up.

The funny thing about Breaking Bad was the first episode started off with just about every ridiculous thing possible going horribly wrong, right from the get go. My first reaction was - "Wow! Talk about real life! This is exactly how life is for so many people, not like those totally fake reality shows where everything is scripted!" I also felt for Walter, with all of the crap he had to deal with in his life, he finally turned into the ruthless killer that he needed to be! He overcame every obstacle and adversary that life threw at him!

Not quite drug lords but in my second season on this one. It is really excellent. I have an autistic grandson which got me first interested in this.

I've been watching Cocaine Cowboys and have 1 episode left.  I was really looking forward to it after reading the book American Desperado by Jon Roberts and Evan Wright.  That book was really really good and I assumed the documentary would be based on the same people but it's not.  I'll finish watching it but it's kind of ehh, whatever.

2 episodes in, funny part of LA county sheriff recognizing these boat racers that skipped on bail.
Almost as good as the guy getting picked up because the cop went to school with him, yet not nearly as good when they went back to the jail and found out he had been released.
