True story.
This video speaks of the film two lane blacktop.
Universal built the cars, and they sat on the "back Lot"
for a few years awaiting funding.
I would see them when I picked up rental cameras for a production.
After a couple of years, someone actually funded the production.
Sadly, I was not on the show, as I was in San Francisco on location
for "The Streets Of San Francisco" TV serial.
