Hey guys come on now...the government would never do anything that would be bad for us... I mean look at all the wonderful things they did by Havasu after the off roaders helped them log all the trails out there... they only closed 75% of them....

I would ask more questions on how they are using it.  If it is still under warranty, why not.  Someone will say yes, might as well take $5k from those bastards.  See if you can trade the $5k for a lifetime emissions pass.
