#4 how many miles does it get driven yearly 

#5 how often does it get driven

Thats carb wanting to know how much noxious gas your old unsealed, smog and catch vent not equipped vehicle is letting off. Those are all how much exhaust and vented gasses are going into the atmosphere questions

I agree with this & like I said earlier, I would answer those questions, but in the most eco-friendly way I could. 

 
From someone who runs Class 8 trucks in CA; anything CARB gets involved with is F'd!!!!  I cannot overstate this enough.  They put a vin stop on my $50k Kenworth T800 so I had to sell out of state and took a huge loss.  So fed up that I moved to Nevada and register some of my cars (that I rarely drive) in Montana (so far NV doesn't seem to care about the MT reg on some things).
