Can I bitch a little bit.............

@azyxzer, I do.  I have not exactly figured out if Im going to spend "a bunch", "a hell of a lot", or "a ridiculous amount" on optics, but knowing me, it will be on the high end of my comfort zone.  If it all works out the way I think it will, it will all be worth it.  this is a new adventure for me so Im on the steep side of the learning curve (@ the bottom. LOL).  the guidance I have is solid, so Im not concerned.

My FFL charges $30 for transfers and does not charge sales tax on transfers.  Total time and fees for your deal would have been $30 and 5 minutes to fill out the form.  Show my CCW and no NICS then OTD with the item.  That liquor store is not going to rob itself.  Fawk CA and all the BS.

Its always easy to spend someone else's money, but as a friend of mine once told me, "You can't take it with you, and even if you could it would just burn up when you get there!".

I have been thinking more about that lately... and stocking up on silver dollars ;)

yeah, i tried that before, and got kicked out of the club for fondling the merchandise, bouncer didn't like it, I had no idea it was his old lady on the pole
Bwahahaaa.....needed a LOL like that...thanks.

Yeh ca sucks for guns no doubt. Since movin to az I’ve bought a few lol. I haven’t been charged a dros fee just the gun and tax. Takes about 5 min on paper work another 5-10 on background  and done.

heck I think I spent less time filling out nfa paperwork for an sbr thsn I ever did in ca.

thinking I haven’t bought a gun in a while and been looking at another ccw gun. 🤔

Sorry Bobalos, This was one of the BIG reasons I left CA.  Now I can go down and buy a gun and walk out with it right after paying.  FREEDOM...F*CK YEAH
Ain’t it great lol. I’m thinking I might do a 9mm ar 10.5 barrel. Would do a 10mm but trying to simplify caliber wise. Easy to sbr it.

want common calibers easy to find even though I reload.
