I used a custom grind cam from Cammotion when building a turbo 5.3 years ago. they were great to deal with!We mostly use cams from CamMotion, due to the lobe design, we stay away from Texas Speed it is to harsh of a lobe beats on the valve train,
I would do a around a 238/244 on a 112 if you want it to lope, if you want a smooth idle then stay closer to a 114-114 lsa,
Most of the 44) I get into the 240ish/250ish cam 228-232 on the intake if it was a 416,
this would be a choppy idle
