CA Mandatory Harassment Training

wow never heard of this before we have about 40 employees and two real fight a year between the guys no one here would pass

 
We have 6 or 7 different training videos with tests. From harassment to active shooter and internet security. Some are every quarter. They send out emails that try to trick you into clicking a link and if you fall for it you must complete the training again. I work in the automotive industry. I think all dealers in CA. have these policies.

Was just talking about this on the what did you learn topic. There's no shortcuts, fast forwarding or skipping... I tried to find a way..,😄 I was able to multitask though.

I noticed on mine they gave a hundred different scenarios between men and women, women and other women, Chinese and Mexican, even Democrat, but they didn't show a white male or a maga getting harassed.

So go empty them out when nobody is looking.  Eventually they will get tired of filling them up.  If you get caught, claim those items triggered you.

Haven't done mine yet, not due until June 30th.  I don't really have too much of an issue with these things, other than it is a waste of time.  But if they are going to throw 6% into my 401k, I think I can deal with this once a year.
