CA Mandatory Harassment Training

Bi-annual mandatory training time.  This year they made it even less skippable.  Fackity-fack-fack this has to be in violation of The Geneva Convention.

This years company hairassment training was 95% about transformers. Last year it was maybe 10%.

One thing I noticed: at least this year they showed women harassing men.  We're all victims! :biggrin:

I failed it 5 times..... HR called my supervisor....he said it wouldn't be funny if I failed it again...... I passed.

If you ask a man in the womens restroom why he is in there, you have harassed him. If you overhear someone asking someone in the womens restroom if they have a weiner, you have been harassed. 
This is nuts.

I had to attend a 4 hrs in person and about 12hrs of online harassment and dei courses just to coach my daughters softball team. And the league wonders why they are having problems getting volunteers
