Boston Butt

I usually smoke at 225 but going to try at the 250-2756 number. 
I didn’t find much difference in taste between the different temps. The main thing is knocking some hours off the cook which is important to me. 

 
Does that thing basically feed itself based on temp? Never used one before. 
Ya.  There's an auger system that operates automatically.

Not early as fun as a stick smoker.  

 
Yeah if I didn’t move every couple years I’d have a big ole stick smoker I could put a whole pig in!

 
Love the butt! Some Costco’s have the bone in butt and others have it without.  I do these regularly
