yup, only legal way to do it.. i sat and watched a large group of people do this in 2019 on a major weekend with blm watching. nothing blm could cite them for. after about the 4th car the blm guy finally went and told the remaining cars to just drive across and let them be.drive up to tracks tell your crew to get out and puxh the buggy along the road over the tracks then get back in and go.
