Ya, sucks - no real specifics on what land is being sold, but odd this is part of the Big Bill and no one really talking about it yet.

So I am looking at this as, all this land is "for sale" but are there enough people to actually buy it? Or is this just wishful thinking....funny numbers to "balance" a line on some budget/bill line.
