blackstone griddle

Worthy of a watch. I want to try all of them. 

Been looking for a cooling rack like he uses to cook on. I believe theyre not meant to handle high heat. Thought about using an old grill thats not too rusted. Hate to buy something like that. Are cooling racks chrome plated maybe? Need to look into it more. 



 
Dollar Tree has a stainless chopper/scraper -buy 6-8 of them and they will hang right off the edge of your griddle for an instant wind guard.

 
I have had a blackstone for a few years and mostly work great at home but out camping if any wind they dont heat that well.MIne is a 17 inch version and if breezy i made a temp wind blocker with stuff i had in trailer or around and instantly began heating up good again.

A friend had the same grill he made a nice collapsable wind guard that the grill sat in pretty tight and worked really good.

 
Slightest breeze and it was useless. Ordered wind screen from Amazon, and BINGO,, works great!

 
I got a new blackstone and it had the same problem. I had bad propane pressure regulator from the factory. I bought a new regulator and fixed my issue
