I saw this on Facebook. Somebody else n here is likely wealthy enough to pick this up. For me, I can dream!

Its a beautiful place for sure.

Idaho Sand Dunes Property for sale.  Message me for details.  Only serious inquiries please!  Property is located 1/2 mile from the Idaho sand dunes.  It sits on 4+ acres (option for additional acreage.)  The home has 3400 sq. ft. of living space + a 1000 sq. ft. vaulted covered patio with built in gas fire pit and some amazing views of the Idaho Sand Dunes and the Grand Teton Mountains.  The shop/garage space is 3300 sq. ft. Two of the garage doors are 14' tall and one 8' door.  It should fit all the toys.  It has 4 big bedrooms + a bonus room, 2 large living rooms, master bath, 3/4 bath, and 1/2 bath, office, and more.  If you love coming to the dunes to ride and want a sweet spot to kick your feet up and relax after a hard day’s ride then you need to check this place out.  Leave the toys in huge garage so you don't have to tote them back and forth.  Have a spot for Momma and kids to hang out and relax will you and the boys go ride.  Then look no further.  This is a dunner's paradise.  Also it is 1 hour from Grand Targhee Ski Resort, 1.5 hours from West Yellowstone National Park, 45 min from Harriman State Park, 2 hours from Jackson Hole Ski Resort, 30 min to some of the best snowmobiling country, and best of all the 10,000 acres of Sand Dunes out your back door to ride!!! $1,200,000

These types of buildings are getting very popular. By me, they are called Barn-da-miniums. It’s a great way to combine a big shop with living space and keep construction costs down .

Great spot can you ride to dunes from shop .

not sure what home values are up there but I’d think at $1.2m it should have higher end appliances.

I tried buying this place when it fell off the market last year at $699k but the agent would never respond back after I tried several times. They are definitely trying to take advantage of the way everything is over priced, i mean if they couldnt sell it for $700k last year of course its almost doubled since then🤣🤣

Wow!

Offer $650K now

Everything is so over inflated nationwide. I'd be a player at 6-700K. Is there an address?

LOL 1.2Mil,  that is pretty much the most expensive place in idaho LOL,   i love when we drive up to Idaho and all the signs say (want to double your money list and sell to a Californian)  so at that mentality i think 600,000 is a fair price,

I would bet it has no Dune access, all the dunes are surrounded by farm land,  we dropped our dog off at the local dog sitter " we are backed up to the dunes "  when we left camp is was closer to Rexburg than it was to the dunes almost a 10 minute drive,

everyone living there thinks they are backed up to the Dunes,  LOL

A couple observations from the current owner's pics.   Old school beam sandrail, stock RZR and travel trailer.   Where's the FUNCO, pimped out RZR & toterhome w/ stacker or at least a toy hauler.    :js:
