Biden pardons Hunter

The pardon for Hunter is retro active and grants clemency for the last 12 years for crimes he hasn’t even been charged with.. 😳

Meaning they are attempting to cover up all the money laundering that has happened since he was vp as well.

I don't think you should be able to be pardoned for a crime until you've been charged. What if he killed people and no one finds out until later? He then is already pre-pardoned for murder? WTF?
 
My understanding is he was pardoned for Federal crimes. But the different states can come after him. I don’t believe that will happen.

The murder would have to be a federal crime.
