Better throttle cable options??

Until it doesn't work.
I watched a buddy do 3mph back to camp from Swingset cause his setup quit.
I will stick with mechanical.
virtually every car on the road today is DBW and the reliability factor is a non issue. for the last 10 years most SXS's are DBW and you never hear of issues there.

in almost all cases when people have DBW issues, its because they used a cheap non OEM throttle, or crap wiring. Neither of which is the fault of a DBW system.

Cars on the road, I can call a tow truck.
I won't own a SXS so don't know about them.

But hey, to each their own!!!!!

True...

I've had 2 throttle cables fail. Both stuck wide open and the last time scared me enough that I just replace them annually now.

If there was a DBW option for me, especially since I can use requested torque tables vice actual throttle position, I'd jump on it. 5mph is better than 60 off the top of a dune. :ROFLMAO:
