I just bought a 2022 Santek 22" stacker trailer. Between the lift, wheel wells, front loft, workbench and side cabinets, I have been playing SXS Tetris to get everything to fit. With my Maverick R Max on the lift the lower radius rods hit the center part of the lift. There is enough weight on the rods to bend them. Also, the trailing arms droop down and in so much that my sons Rzr 900 doesn't fit. Picture below with a block underneath for testing.

I am thinking about using ratchet straps as limiting straps to keep the trailing arms from full droop. Has anyone else done this? Anyone else haul a Mav R on top of a belly lift? Any other possible solutions?

We use straps to keep the suspension from full droop and load the top one with the rear hanging off the lift.

Thanks for the pictures. This definitely helps. Did you Santek build you ramps that go over the wheel wells?

Also, do you make sure the lift is sitting on the lock position so it doesn't move or are you okay with the lift being in-between to lock positions and using straps so it doesn't bounce going down the road?

No ramps for the SxS My trailer is super wide we fit between the wheel wells. I used some harbor freight ramps for my Sandcar. They were perfect height. I would make sure it sits on the blocks then strap the lift down on the corners to prevent it from bouncing.

I have a Intech belly lift stacker. I strap the rzr suspension up on all 4 corners. Lay a thinner rubber mat down on the belly lift. Once you pick the sxs up you can adjust the straps so the arms are lightly touching the lift. Helps support the sxs and lessens the rocking. Make sure your lift is resting on the locks and strap all 4 corners of left down to the trailer floor.
