Attached garage addition. Help needed

I hear you but It's not going to work like you think.

If your going to have the exterior of the shop where your block wall is now your not going to be able to have an eve, meaning flat roof, flat roof going out past a pitched roof is going to look strange from the front of the house.

You really need to get a person who can draw out what you have because I think your going to be disappointed in what it will end up

I prefaced this with stating I was needing someone to do ALL the things...

You can't really see it in the picture, but there is about 4' between the wall and the sidewalk. A small eve should be possible.
