So... the wife and I have decided that our current house is the forever joint. With that, we are updating/upgrading. One thing, well the only thing on MY list, is an attached shop.
Are there any board members that could/would be interested in this project? Not looking for a DIY, or "my uncle can help". It will need to be legit with permits, blueprints, and such. A guy in my neighborhood works in the permitting department for the city, so I think that should be as easy as possible...
