I will let you know when I look at it. LOL. asking 135k for a 2012. 3 AC units. I know if has some damage from a tire blow out but the owner is getting it fixed. I am looking all over the country since I am not opposed to flying in and driving it back. This one I found is near me and the best price. I am looking at about 6 units ranging from 135 to 180k. Discovery, Tiffin and one other brand.

We are looking across the country too. I am focused on the Discovery 40G right now after some feedback on the Berkshire here and from a few friends. I have several I am looking at between $150k-$225k. I missed out on a 2018 for $185k that I would have grabbed if we had closed escrow on our house. We should close next week and we will get serious about the hunt after we close
Well I just bought a 40G. I can't believe how much storage it has. What a great layout. Do a national search on RV Trader I found a few in there

Does anyone own or have a friend who owns a Berkshire XL40C? We are trying to look at one before we make a final decision and we can't find any local ones. I have spoke with several other people about them and heard good with the bad. I still like their layout better than the others

How do you like it?

Overall I like it. I have had a couple issues like the inverter compartment not being sealed correctly and driving in the rain ruined the inverter but Forest River covered it. I absolutely love the floor plan. I wanted the bunks and a door side dinette so I could look into camp and drink my coffee in the morning and there are only a few that offer that.
We went to an RV show and Fleetwood didn't have the 40G ? (Not sure of the model but similar to the Berkshire 40C) on display and nobody would give us the time of day so I wrote Fleetwood off but our friends just bought one and I like the dinette setup better and it seems to be better quality.
