9mm semi handgun choices

@cali kid How is shooting a glock different than say a sig?

I'd be interested in which you found to be the "Best Bang for Buck".
This is still a CZ, but their polymer framed, striker fired option, the P-10. It’s available in different sizes but the C is probably the most popular. Phenomenal pistol with the typically awesome CZ ergonomics and best in class trigger.

Dunno why, though clunky, my best most accurate target shooting is with my 9 mm Baretta's.

I prefer my Glocks once you figure out how to, and remember not to slice your hand open.

For personal protection I carry my 9mm mini Kahr, but prefer a 5 shot, compact .38.

Like in the Marine Corp, I preferred qualifying with my M14, but had a higher score with the M16.
M16 Incredibly accurate if you had your sights (aka dope) dialed in, but to me, the M14 more comfortable, versatile and enjoyable to target shoot for scores.

Bought a CZ SP01 a few years back and honestly did not like it at first. Polished the trigger and liked it a little more, that turned into a full Cajun setup, and I absolutely love it now.

Also have an HK P2000sk, I like it well enough but it’s more setup as a carry gun with the LEM trigger. I think a P2000 with the regular SA/DA setup would be a fun shooter.

While chunky and arguably outdated, I’ve always liked how HK USPs shoot.

I’ve never really been able to get into Sigs as much as I’ve tried to like them. As you can see I like hammer guns, striker guns are just OK to me. Maybe I need to try some of the new gen striker guns.
