X2. Knock one out, the ol' lady is immediately asleep. I'll lay there for a minute, then go try to find the end of YT...It energizes me...![]()
I read entertaining fiction. Nothing serious. Helps reset the mind, clear chit out.@Dirtywhiteboy posted on here years ago about us spending 1/3 of our lives in bed, so why would you NOT invest in a good bed. That changed my perspective on mattresses and bedding.
Now if i could just figure out how to turn my brain off and get a good nigjts sleep. I have another sleep study coming up so I'm hopeful they will figure some things out.
Currently unavailable. What helped me was a costco mattress topper, but more importantly if I am side or back sleeper and purchased the specific pillows made for it. After many tries with a CPAP and different masks, I could not sleep with one on. BUT now I sleep with a side sleep pillow, helps substantially, Costco pillows are worthless. I use nasal strips from Amazon and sleep like a baby on most nights (depends if you are a mouth or nose breather). I use the app Snorelab to monitor my sleeping and gives me a report in the morning on howmuch I snored (there might be better apps out there, sleep studies are mostly a scam) . One thing I have learned for sure, these doctors make money on labs/tests/prescriptions most could care less or dont have the wisdom to fix the main issue just to patch it up. Do not trust them, do your own research. After many CPAP studies not one person mentioned to change your routine, bed, pillow or anythign else. DO NOT TRUST ANY DR. Do your own research, I sleep much better now. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0100KW2NW/?coliid=I1NK38POAJYWK2&colid=34WV823RQG9QV&psc=0&ref_=list_c_wl_lv_ov_lig_dp_it
First time to post. I have bought several things off of Glamis Dunes but never have posted. I'm 54 now and when I turned 44 I started feeling the affects of growing older. Joints neck back really started bothering me. I've grown up kind out in the country raised on 10 acres goats and a garden since I was a kid. I lived on the same road all but 6 months of my life. I live on 20 acres now do more gardening have some cows and acquired some acreage about an hour away. Since working on the land an hour away sometimes 3- 4 days a week my perspective on life and what matters has shifted. My oldest son lives in my house that I grew up in, and he's soon to be a dad (first grand child!) Our goal is to sell my house here and move off grid like Wash 11 (Joel and Amy) I think they have it figured out!
Google the name, you can but it for $30 bucks online.Currently unavailable.
We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock.

What’s an EPO?My recommendation to Y'ALL.....................Don't challenge him to an EPO Race! Peace
Is that a Challenge?I'd bet most guys on this board couldn't wrap their hands around my calves with both hands
@JDMeister he is closing in on 90All the things to look forward too, lol. I was out at the dunes a few weeks back with my grandpa. Hes 85 and still leading the pack. just had a stint put in due to a minor stroke a couple weeks before the trip... its hard to watch him walk around slowly, especially through the sand. "gettin old is tough!.... I would have been ok to go at 70." - He has said this to me now multiple times, but hes a super healthy dude. Still works on those big quilting machines, eats plenty of garlic and butter with everything, never drank or smoked... not what he use to be but hes ok with it and so is everyone in the group. Im only 31, actually been thinking about my health since that trip, lucky for me I throw hot tires around most the day so its a decent work out.
Whos the oldest on here?
