Part of the problem is we have everything to lose if they win and they have nothing to lose if they lose. So they just keep trying until they win. Everyone wants to be nice instead of making these people feel unwelcome where they are trying this crap.

If you really want to use you money as a weapon, buy stock in AB, It's on sale the old farts are selling it off and it's about as cheap as it will be for a long time. In about three months when AB has a new advertising gimmick it will go back up. Better bet then Bitcoin or gold.
