I didn’t want to taint my request for what others used but I have two hella 40 amp relays that get too hot to touch when powering a 20 amp Spal brushless fan. A 30 amp Floser relay powering the same fan is cool to the touch. The MSD solid state is still high on my list.

Is oil leakage and sand build up in these areas indicative of a rear main seal going out? If not what should I be checking?

I am looking at the MSD solid state unit as a long term replacement. But would like to know what relays others are using that are trouble free.

A big thank you to everyone who offered ideas and advise. Will be testing out the EPS next week at St Anthony’s. So far just in the garage with the assist dial about half way the effort goes from one hand with no power to one finger with power.

When I did mine I called Pro Am to ask for pointers. If I remember correctly the guy said to put the transaxle in 4th and the stick where 4th would be then tack weld the u-joints to the shift shaft. I put the transaxle in 1st and the stick in 1st with the thought that I wanted 1st and 2nd lined...

Optics including red dots are great for hunting or target practice. Work or carry get night sights. The greater the distance the less accurate red dots become because of the dot size.
