    My 2006 Wuerth Motorsports Build

Prior to New Years weekend, i pulled the rear shocks apart to remove the coilover valving and make the bypasses do all the work, and after tuning the suspension over the course of the weekend, got the car dialed in very well! Always going to have people like @Tonyd who say the car needs...

haha yes that is my car. Also the car is not meant to be flying over those whoops on the drags. I invite you to chase me through the dunes and see if you can keep up! :D

    My 2006 Wuerth Motorsports Build

Forgot to mention, got a chance to weigh the car. 2183 lbs with probably 3/4 tank of fuel (we were on a long ride that went from wash 16, to umbrella hill, to China wall, to swingset, then to pad 3 to weigh the car!) This is also with all of my tools etc in the back! My buddy weighed his SU...

    My 2006 Wuerth Motorsports Build

Thanksgiving week was great in Glamis! Ran the car hard for a week and had no issues. We had a good squad out there! (Desert Dynamics w/ blown 402 LS and S4, Turbo RZR on E85, SU Ultra Light w/ 550whp turbo J35, Baja Shop w/ LS1 and S4, Tatum Spyder w/ Northstar, and my car!) Saw some cool...

    My 2006 Wuerth Motorsports Build

Before the Thanksgiving Trip, found another crack starting in the pivot tube right next to my weld from the new engine cage i made a couple years back. So did a quick gusset job. I plan to plate the entire pivot tube when i redo the car. Added a triangle gusset, and tied the 2 tubes together...

    My 2006 Wuerth Motorsports Build

Thanks for sharing these!! I've seen this one out there before. Wonder how many Wuerth cars were built total. I always see ones out there that I haven't seen before, so guessing a decent amount were built.

    My 2006 Wuerth Motorsports Build

Thats awesome! See if you can get any pics! Yep, seems like every Wuerth owner has said the pivot tube is the only weak point. Super stout cars otherwise! Everything from the Pivot tube forward is all original on mine!

    My 2006 Wuerth Motorsports Build

Thats for sure! I think I am going to go with Tatum billets after this season. They seem to fit right up to the Wuerth front end geometry.

    My 2006 Wuerth Motorsports Build

I found this out from a friend of mine who is family friends with Steve! makes sense why the welds on the added gusset were way different than the actual spindle welds. Everything Wuerth built seems to be really good quality! Do you have any pics of your old Wuerth by chance?
