I would swap your Rear Roof Air breaker with your Laundry Refrigerator breaker. Make sure the neutrals for both circuits are not shared with anything else.

Water heater and microwave and don't forget the battery charger and AC unit on the same phase. Battery charger will reduce its out put if your pass through AC loads need the additional amps. Total connected load on that phase is what you need to figure out not just the inverter charger loads. Do...

Something to consider before you switch to a 50 amp feed to your charger/inverter is the output breaker size of your generator. Is that 50 amps as well?

Curious as to what you are gaining by switching to the 2X inverter charger? The inverter is still rated at 3000 watts and the inverter output is still 120V single phase.

I was quickly running out of physical space for components. I was planning on using a DC to DC charger to protect my alternator but it would not play well with my battery control center. In the end it really wasn’t necessary for my application so why make it more complex than need be.LOL

Lithium batteries in bulk charging state will accept large amounts of charging current. Alternators are stupid and will provide their max output until they overheat as most are not 100% duty cycle rated. There are all sorts of aftermarket regulators and battery charge controllers available that...

I can say that on my coach, the battery control center was so intertwined with everything that I ended up disconnecting the wires to the relay coil that connects the chassis and coach batteries together for charging. I crimped terminals on each wire so if I ever need to jump start from the...

What is the amperage rating of your bus bar? Everything that attaches to your positive bus bar should have a fuse (for the most part)so you will need fuse holders for each unless they are part of the bus bar. Jumper cable from the bus bar to the fuse holders will be needed as well. I went with...

Using the Lynx system you will first need to connect each battery ( assuming you are using 12v batteries) to the Lynx bus. There will be a positive bus and a negative bus. This will power the Lynx distribution. The 4/0 cables (both + and -) to your inverter will terminate at the Lynx...

One pair (positive and negative) should be connected to the inverter charger . The second pair going to the solenoids will feed all your coach 12 VDC loads including your gen set . Guessing a little now but one solenoid is your coach disconnect and the second solenoid ties your chassis battery...

You can wire your PV panels either in series or parallel. Your charge controller will handle the amperage and voltage in either configuration. I would connect them in series as the wiring is easier and a cleaner install.

The Lynx distributors clean things up considerably and are the way to go. If you have access to a dieless crimp tool then nothing wrong with extending your existing cables using a butt splice although a new unspliced cable is always preferable. Welding cable is better to use than standard...
