Yes, I plan to set it up to connect direct to the drain line. I believe the fitting on the drain hose is 1/4" so I'll use airline quick disconnect and fittings.

You don't have any issues getting the thicker whips into the foam? I found I had to roll my thicker whips back and forth quite a bit to get them to seat into the foam.
