I watched a show called Gun Trucks of Vietnam last night, never heard of them, good documentary, so I come back to find another to watch and Glamis Uncensored shows in the documentaries lol. Any of you guys/gals famous on there?

i have done this in the past. I had a couple die within weeks of each other, the family contacted me and i let them use the deposit (since they were very nice folks, older and very clean) to cover a months rent. I told the family take everything you want leave what you don't i'll handle...

i dont think that's termites. ive had a couple properties treated and that's nothing what it looked like. mine looked like a snail trail of saw dust on the ground or even on the drywall.

i haven't even looked but my son is buying his first new truck and wants an ecodiesel 1500. does ford even offer a 1500 diesel?

one of the properties i take care of called me earlier, hot water tank blew out in the attic. not even 10 years old. it was raining in the kitchen when i got there

we didn't die, got like 12 inches of snow, broke a record i guess. now we have a week of negative low temps. gonna be fun
