You sold that way too cheap. I think that car went through a complete transformation. Full 3d body with red interior IIRC.

I sold it to Chris J years ago and he did a bunch of upgrades. He sold it to another guy on the board and I saw it in May at pad 5 I think last year or the year before. It had some upgrades but no 3D body or interior. Maybe something has been done since I saw it last or its not the same car?

my first car that got me into glamis. think it was a chenowth chassis. broke it a few times and the blurry jump pic was the dune at pad 2.




a high jumper frame (i think) i bought it to build, ended up giving it to my brother and he built this then sold it.





i technically didn't own this one, but i ran it for a season, SCU. oddly enough about a decade later my brother ended up buying it. it changed hands among 3 different guys at my work before my brother bought it.




my Desert Dynamics i started building in 08, this pic was 2012. its in the garage as a bare chassis today waiting for me to find motivation to put it back together.



a sandlimo squirt i picked up as my group at the time all had slow shit and couldnt keep up with my desert dynamics. sold it to my brother for my nephews to drive back in 202 and they blew the motor up by running it out of oil.

Hard to believe this car was built 30 years ago, replaced interior this year and updated the paint.

Engine started as a turbo side draft to hilborn injected turbo to fueltech efi.

Several clutch packages over the years starting with a tilton then a Kennedy double disc and now a McLeod double disc

Recently went to a dry sump oil system

Our first buggy. We took this down to the frame, and rebuilt the whole thing. We even did the body panels. Fun project. By We, I mean me and my two boys.

where do we think all those old rails went, there were a lot of beam cars back in the day? Are they sitting in fields rotting, did they get recycled.......where did they go. I know for mine, i never saw it again after I sold it.

Probably hanging out with all of the choppers built during the early aughts . . .

And also on Marketplace. It is sorta amazing what $2k can buy you....mid-travel, paddles, sometimes a bus-box and they are the perfect frame to put in a Subie, Eco, Honda and/or etc.

I know one of mine went to Mexico. I have seen my other beam car (mid travel) sell a couple times over the years.
