90 Toyota lowrider build

I think you need to do the All Alpine Stereo system....

This truck will have ZERO stereo in it! All that went into my Megacab. I dont have the garage room to keep the toyota safe, so no stereo in this build.

Will an airbag actuated tilting bed bring you back? Im thinking sideways or flip up bedsides like wings and dump. Something like that, after the suspension is complete.

I’m surprised I don’t see more customized Mavericks out there. I’m waiting to see a lifted one on 33’s

I think you need to do the All Alpine Stereo system....

This is required in this build. With the Alpine upper windshield sticker.
Something simple, Headunit with some 6x9s will get you by.

Not a thing yet. Probably the cheapest “Truck” out there at the moment though. Every GC in California owns about 6 of them. Reminds me of a Ford Flex with the back cut off.

Did a little work yesterday. Pulled most of the front suspension off. It sure is necessary to unbolt everything and not fight rust like those east coast people.

Funny, if I need a commuter car, it will be a Ford Maverick somewhat dropped.

My first car I bought (1985) was a 1980 Chevy Luv, dropped on centerlines and Yokohama tires, bought the truck with 12k miles for $2K. Then it got stolen...........that day sucked, 19 yr old, no theft insurance, I was riding a bike a lot after that.

I love my maverick. Been a great daily.

Ok, I have a few mini trucks. As for mini truck painters. I would suggest Matt Hutcheson as i believe he painted Finnegan's truck. he paints many sand cars now a adays and in AZ. i would have him paint my 80-90's era mini truck when i build the next one. Toyotas are easy to build now adays, atleast you found a low mile motor. I have the 22r guys doa motor from me and it blew less than 1000 miles now warranty. Cheap Chinese head. I really enjoy the mini trucks maybe even more than my impalas and other cars for some reason. good luck on your journey!

At the LA County Fair this year, in the low-rider section there were plenty of mini trucks included.

Obviously, all of us in CA and AZ loved those mini trucks, lowered or lifted, that time was when we were all young bucks.
