I am a CA resident but my toys have AZ off road license plates.
Do I need to buy this pass?

Yes, you need to buy the CA Non-Resident Pass because California and Arizona do not have reciprocity for OHV use permits

I forgot when it changed, but it did.

My Rzr is AZ street plated and also off road stickered. I assume I just need a use permit and do not need the non-resident pass? Where is the best place to buy a use permit for those coming from AZ these days?
