I live in Havasu. Traffic is not that bad. It's worse going through needles that southbound 95 is always shitty traffic. I live in Havasu and I bring 5 gallons of diesel fuel and that gets me back to Parker after doing a round tripHeaded out Friday from Kingman. Maps always shows 3 routes. The one through Havasu is usually really close in time as the one through the Needles hook but right now, assuming for traffic, shows 45 min longer.
I've done the Needles twice now and my biggest issue is lack of gas stations.
Is traffic through Havasu that bad? I know I'll need gas somewhere and Blythe and Palo Verde gas was really expensive.
Might take a couple cans of diesel regardless.
