Had some issues with coals and wood not keeping heat. Family liked it but I was not happy. Ended up overdone. The thermometer I used may be going out. Per temp readings, I was afraid it wasn't ready.

I haven’t had the best results with smoking a whole turkey as butchered. Spatchcocked is the way to go, but don’t get that good stuffing cavity.
