I get a lot of snakes at my house in the lower San Bernardino National Forest area.
Today my daughter caught a King snake eating a gopher snake on the front porch.
She thought the gopher snake was a little bigger than the King snake.

After it was done (after an hour or so) it looked like it wanted to take a nap and another King snake came up to him.
Do they travel in pairs?

Strange about the size. I don't recall ever seeing one that wasn't pushing 3 feet.
