So its Easter weekend what is everyone up too?

Got friends visiting over the next few weeks and since I hang out in the garage 10x more than the house, I needed a couch for it. Found a freebie down the street. Then realized I need a coffee table for said couch.
Used all my carpentry skills to produce this gem!

Well over the past few weekends I’ve been super busy. Took the bucket and quick change rams off of my excavator to rebuild them. Huge job. The ram I guess is 600lbd. The quick change is probably 1000lbs. Had the shaft hard chromed. Nut was on with 3200 ft lbs. my custom wrench cost me $375 to cut it out of 1.5” steel. once assembled we had 500 lbs pushing down on the ram hanging from a forklift and the ram would budge at all. once installed its amazing how easy 5500psi of hydraulic fluid can move that ram LOL

Then. Drained my pool all the way which took a lot longer than I thought. Pressure washed the whole thing and then it took 36 hours to refill it. Now working on bringing chemicals back up. Already put in 10 bags a salt and don’t think that will be enough

I would be expecting the entertainment center to be made out of cinder blocks and 2x6’s. BTW love the table

Had to dig up some old paperwork in the basement and decided to do a deep clean and purge. Found this.

Back in the bachelor days, our coffee table was Banshee tires with glass on top.
My head went through it one Super Bowl party.

Had a night away from the kids for my 40th down in Newport and hit Mastros for dinner.

Now at a volleyball clinic for my daughter and then maybe smoking something fun for Sunday.

My helper and I are replacing some drip line irrigation that the previous homeowner installed, with PVC...got sick of clogged lines, shit pressure, etc. It rained yesterday, made easy work.
