So...While I have flown helicopters in combat and other horrible conditions, I can't fly RC or video game shit to save my life.

3d helis are insane. I had one capable of such things and I could barely hover with it; so damn difficult to fly.

Same here, could not hover it, then I thought I could, and then it was destroyed ! I think you have to get pretty good on a RC simulator, otherwise its going to cost a fortune to learn how to fly like that.
