Looks like older sand cars unlimited.
I bet it's Don Miller, as in Miller Sand Cars.Seller says Don Muller is a builder in CA. Never heard of him. Trying to help a buddy get into a car. Any help is much appreciated.

My Pal owns one, he bought it as a roller from Dean Miller and finished it himself, they are good solid cars, lightweight and he installed a 400hp Outfront Subi it’s the perfect package.
He has owned it since 2005 and still going strong, I believe Dean used to work for SCU then branched out and built these frames. He was located in East San Diego.
