Ram 1500 3.0 Diesel

Looking at this truck. Anyone have any experience with the motor? Wondering if it's better/worse/same as the Duramax 3.0.

My dad has the Dodge eco diesel and i have the Duramax 3.0.  They are both awsome trucks and awsome engines.  I wanted the Dodge,  but the dodge dealerships were not giving any discounts and the chevy dealerships were when I bought mine. You wont be disappointed with either.

You can take it for spin around the block if you want to test before you buy!!

I appreciate the offer! I've driven the Duramax and just got back from driving the Ram 3.0....liked them both but the Ram comes with 3.92 gears with makes a huge difference. We'll see, $50k seems like a lot of money for ANY 1/2 ton!
