What is this sand paper tape...

What is the real name of this stuff..

I bought this year's ago. It's about 1.5" wide and I seem to recall it came in a box and was wound up like a roll of tape.  

It's perforaremted like window screen but has abrasives on it like sand paper.  

All I can find Is sand paper on a roll with a solid backing that is cloth like.

@Wash 10 Crew, i thought so too, but all of the emery cloth I found had a solid back (Like the picture below), this stuff is like a screen (Like the picture I posted).  it looks like its called "Open Mesh Sanding Cloth".
