Speed UTV

Read the fine or not so much fine print (actually larger than life) on that (cough) 'contract':
No refunds.
At that point...wait for it...you are taking someone's word that they can indeed deliver...or you do not obviously invest due to your appetite for risk.

I'm starting to not even feel sorry for some of you guys if the above is not clear to you given the obvious.
Contract for the accessories? That appears to be a standard retail transaction, not a deposit.

Refunds would apply for dissatisfaction. No receipt would be in breach of the agreement. Refusing to refund money for items that were promised but never delivered (and at this point, it's effectively never delivered) is fraud or stealing.

The easiest way to shut someone up over any claim of a 'contract' somehow being in force is to prod them to produce same in a court of law.
To my knowledge, no one is putting their money where their mouth is in this regard.
Case closed.

ok im not going to read the last 20 or so pages im thinking about getting a new sxs for the dunes is the speed even a option yet or just get a pro r and a aftermarket turbo.

How do you know nobody has not retained an attorney? You don't unless your are RG himself.

Most of the people seeking money back would fall into small claims court. Does not cost much and you don't need a lawyer. They would probably win on the accessories too. Maybe a few lawyer up and go for the gusto and depending on the claims being made lawyer fees might be part of the payout.

In this day and age you can air your dirty laundry about a company on social media as long as it does not fall into the liable area.
Maybe get that local new guy who does consumer reports to do a story.

For the dunes the Maverick R is hard to beat. 7 speed DCT with paddle shifting option, good suspension, and excellent handling.

Pro R with live value and ride command is an excellent choice. They really don't have belt issues.

Both are very reliable and there are deals on them.

Best to got to a dealer and sit in each and check them out.

....or wait for CFMOTO to very likely bring something to the table in the premier category (do a search) which leap frogs both as they just did with the Z10.
Choices are good.
