Getting in and out of PSP is an issue with flight corridors, noise abatement regulations and radical down drafts.

Old water park now called PS Surf Club (great food) has been there for over 20 years

Wait till they open the new slater surf park in Palm Desert.

Just looked up PS Surf Club, that place looks awesome! Surfing in PS ins not cheap, has anyone here ever surfed that man made wave?

palm desert does not complain as much as palm springs. where that one is going to be is a giant resort area surrounded by golf courses. my first house i bought out here was pretty close to where that is going to be, i doubt there will be to many issues there.
 
If you want to know where all these wackadoodles congregate, go find the Reddit group of your city.. I had no idea we had such crazy people living in San Diego... Good place for Intel though...
