Prince of Darkness passes at 76.

I heard Sharon and he wanted to do it together, but Sharon decided she needed to be here for her kids still!
RIP Ozzy!

Well she still has the video of the final show as well as any unfinished tracks to make another record to finish up before she can check out.

Eh... research has shown this was a one time statement made by Sharon, basically thrown at the media. Some sources showed that Kelly was pretty irritated that this continues to be said, years after the statement was made.

All reports show that Ozzy died in the UK, not Switzerland or Norway as the internet likes to claim.

Then again, none of us were there for it so... enjoy that grain of salt.

Just read that Ozzy was expected to go back to Birmingham to see his older sisters, this week. They saw him at the concert, but there was no time to sit & visit with him during the weekend long activity’s & schedule. So he was planing on going back this week to spend time with them. They commented that they are shocked of his passing, but glad he passed in his home in the UK.

With the announcement of Ozzy’s passing away and not saying where he was, I too suspected maybe it was assisted. Especially when they said his family was with him and I don’t believe the kids live in the UK? And why were his sisters not there, unless it was real quick?

Looks like he wasn't planning on leaving this world anytime soon. If you look at the house in it's current state, the renovation was underway and complete to a large degree. I don't think anyone looking for "Assisted Suicide" would alter a historical home to this level and... get this... spend the money on it.

boy, that hits hard. ozzy was by my side growing up, and to see these guys passing really hits hard. His music kept me alive more than he could ever know. especially during the mid to late 80s and on again thru life.
My granddad was a short hispanic man, who retired from tinker afb back in the early 80s. He got a job taking tickets at the state fair events, and he loved that job. He worked all the circus events, concerts, rodeos, etc.
So the night of this concert, grandpa says meet me on the side of the building. So me and my buddy get there early, he lets us in, and we are on the floor front row. metallica opened, cliff walked right by us after ozzy went on, didn't even recognize him until it was too late since he blended in with all the rest of us long hairs.
The next day I go to my grandpa's house, thank him and he says, you know I was at the door I let you in at, and there was a this guy jumping rope. My grandpa was hispanic and had a good accent, and he said I couldn't understand the guy who was jumping rope, but the guy shook my hand and walked off. He said I guess he's famous. That famous guy was ozzy, my damn hispanic grandpa talked to ozzy and shook his hand! He said he was a nice guy lol.

Yeah anyone that was a typical American adolescent male in the 80s can say Ozzy was a part of their teen years.

It sucks he passed, but what a life to have lived, he checked all the boxes and people love him, nothing but epic stories and a kind human to boot.
